Dedicated to Orthodox saints Constantine the Great and his mother Helena of Constantinople, it was built in 1869 in less than seven months and is a prime example of the Eastern Orthodox church architecture of the period.

826 m · Ekmekcioğlu Ahmed Pasha Caravanserai was a caravanserai located in Edirne, northwestern Turkey. It was commissioned by Ottoman statesman and Defterdar Ekmekcioğlu Ahmed Pasha in honour of Sultan Ahmed I, on the site of the earlier and smaller Ayşe Kadın Caravanserai. It is locally also called Küpeli Han, because of a design feature on the entrance, and Deve Hanı because the gates were tall enough to admit camels.
