Egri Minaret
The Egri Minaret, located in Aksaray city center, is a significant historical structure from the Seljuk period. It was built between 1221-1237 during the reign of Alaeddin Keykubad I and is also known as the Red Minaret due to its red bricks. This 30.6-meter-high minaret features 92 steps and balconies on all four sides. The minaret's inclination is believed to be a result of its original construction. It is within walking distance of Zinciriye Medresesi (554 m) and Aksaray Ulu Camii Parkı (403 m).
