The Monument to Turks Who Fought in Korea, located in Altındağ, Ankara, was built to commemorate the Turkish soldiers who lost their lives in the 1950-1953 Korean War. The monument was gifted by the Republic of South Korea to the Republic of Turkey in 1973, on the 50th anniversary of the Turkish Republic, and was renovated in 2010. It is within walking distance of the Turkish Aeronautical Association Museum (142 m) and Gençlik Park (650 m). The nearest public transport stop is Ankara train station (371 m).
