Ceneviz Kalesi
29.9 km · Ceneviz Castle, located in Akçakoca, Düzce, is situated on a high cliff approximately 3 km west of the city center. The castle was built between 1204 and 1261 by either the Latin Empire or the Empire of Nicaea, serving as an important stop on the Genoese Trade Route. Included in the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List in 2013, the castle is currently used as a picnic area and features a blue flag beach on its western shore.
