The Church of Saints Constantine and Helena is a Bulgarian Orthodox church in Edirne in Turkey. Dedicated to Orthodox saints Constantine the Great and his mother Helena of Constantinople, it was built in 1869 in less than seven months and is a prime example of the Eastern Orthodox church architecture of the period.

It is an open tomb with a rectangular plan, containing a marble sarcophagus belonging to a girl aged 12-13. The tomb was built in 1573-1574 in the name of Fatma Hanım, daughter of Mehmet Bey, son of Hassa Chief Architect Sinan Ağa, and is considered one of the classical Ottoman tombs. The tomb shares similarities with Mimar Sinan's own tomb in the Süleymaniye Complex. It is locally also called Küpeli Han, because of a design feature on the entrance, and Deve Hanı because the gates were tall enough to admit camels.
