İBB Bulgur Palas Library, located on Kocamustafapaşa Hill in the Fatih district, is a unique example of 20th-century Istanbul civil architecture. Originally commissioned by Bolulu Habib Bey in 1912, the building was acquired by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality in 2021 and opened as a library and cultural center in 2024 after extensive restoration. The library offers a capacity for 150 people and a collection of approximately 25,000 works. It is 405 meters from the Yusufpaşa tram stop.
