Türkmenbaşı Tabiat Parkı
2.6 km · Türkmenbaşı Nature Park, located in Sarıyer district of Istanbul, was established in 1998 to dignify the shared cultural values of Turkey and Turkmenistan. Covering an area of 5.6 hectares, the park is named after Saparmurat Niyazov, the leader of Turkmenistan. The park is predominantly covered with pine trees, but also features other tree species such as oak, hornbeam, and oriental plane. Visitors can enjoy activities like hiking and picnicking, and there is also a children's playground. The nearest public transport stop is Hacıosman metro station (382 m).
