116 m · Sultan Reşad Türbesi is a historic site in Istanbul's Eyüpsultan district, housing the tomb of the 35th Ottoman Sultan Mehmed V Reşad. Built by architect Kemaleddin Bey between 1911 and 1912, this octagonal tomb is constructed from cut stone and marble, featuring a high, lead-covered dome. Besides Sultan Mehmed V, the tomb also contains the sarcophagi of his wife Kamures Hanım and his son Mehmed Necmeddin Efendi. It was originally built in 1622 by Ohrili Hüseyin Pasha in Beşiktaş, but was demolished in 1867 due to the construction of Çırağan Palace.
