Buyukcekmece Kervansaray
12.8 km · Buyukcekmece Kervansaray, also known as Kursunlu Han, is a historical building located in the Buyukcekmece district of Istanbul. It is believed to have been built by Mimar Sinan during the reign of Suleiman the Magnificent (1520-1566). The caravanserai served as an important trade and accommodation point during the Ottoman period and now hosts cultural and artistic events. Visiting hours are from sunrise to sunset.
