The rectangular-planned inn features a central corridor with eighteen rooms on each side. The wooden framework of the inn's roof still bears traces of the 1922 İzmir Fire, which damaged the structure. It is believed to have been built by Hüseyin Ağa of the Karaosmanoğlu family between the late 17th and early 18th centuries.
