Kepirtepe Köy Enstitüsü
7.2 km · Kepirtepe Village Institute is one of 21 village institutes established across Turkey. It first opened as an Instructor Course in Edirne in 1937, then became the Thracian Village Teacher School in 1938. After several relocations, it settled in the Kepirtepe area of Lüleburgaz, Kırklareli, in 1940, taking its current name. The institute was founded to enlighten and educate villagers, significantly contributing to literacy rates and providing productive individuals to society. Its buildings were designed by Emin Onat and Leman Tomsu.
