8.2 km · The remains of Lüleburgaz Castle, located in the Lüleburgaz district of Kırklareli, have a history dating back to the Roman and Byzantine periods. Today, two sections of the castle walls remain. These walls, approximately 35 meters long and 6 meters high, were constructed with bricks at the bottom and coursed rubble stone with brick stringcourses at the top. The remains, situated near the Lüleburgaz Stream, are known as a Byzantine-era structure.
