It is recognized as the largest second-hand booksellers' bazaar in Central Anatolia, famous for its used bookstores, music shops, and instrument stores. The bazaar gets its name from the continuous spiral ramps that connect its floors, creating a labyrinthine structure where visitors sometimes get lost. It is 95 meters from the Alaaddin tram stop and within walking distance of attractions like the İnce Minare Museum (429 m), Konya Archaeology Museum (427 m), and Sırçalı Medrese Tomb Monuments Museum (194 m).
