993 m · Tarihi Eğdemir Hamamı, located in Kütahya Merkez, was built in the mid-15th century by Elvan Bey, the chief taster of Yakup Bey II, and is also known as Elvan Bey Hamamı. It is one of Kütahya's oldest hammams and the only one that has continuously served its function to this day. Situated in the Börekçiler neighborhood, the hammam is within walking distance of Sadık Atakan Private Tile Museum (161 m), Çini Museum (180 m), and Geology Museum (231 m). The Kütahya Municipality has leased the hammam, which belongs to the General Directorate of Foundations, for 25 years to carry out maintenance, repair, and restoration work.
