Hoynat Island Observation Point, located in Perşembe district of Ordu, within the borders of Ramazan Village and right next to Hoynat Tunnel, is an important natural and historical area. The island is a breeding ground for silver gulls and European shags, and it is the only place in Turkey where European shags nest. This observation point, with landscaping carried out by Ordu Metropolitan Municipality, is an ideal spot for birdwatching and photography.
