Kemah Kalesi
Kemah Castle is a castle located within the borders of the Kemah district, in Erzincan province of Turkey. It was built around 205 BC, presumably by the Azrak kings. With the Siege of Kemah in 1515, the castle, which was under the control of the Safavids, passed to the Ottoman Empire. Excavation works are continuing as of 2019 in the structure, which has an area of 8,000 m2 and a height of 80 m.
