Harabeler

Harabeler is a historic site located in the Hasankeyf district of Batman, situated along the Tigris River. Hasankeyf was declared a natural conservation area in 1981. Human settlement in the area is estimated to date back 10,000 to 12,000 years. The archaeological sites of Hasankeyf and its surroundings were submerged in 2020 as part of the Ilısu Dam project.

Tower of Cannon

The Tower of Cannon, located at the southern end of Yedikule Fortress in Fatih, is one of three monumental Ottoman towers commissioned by Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror after his capture of Constantinople in 1453. This round tower served not only as part of the fortress's defensive system but also as a symbol of the new Ottoman order established upon the ancient Byzantine walls. It is 311 meters from Yedikule train stop and within walking distance of İstanbul Walls (543 m), Yedikule Dungeons (139 m), and Golden Gate (139 m).

Gökçekısık

Gökçekısık is a Roman-era rock settlement located in the Tepebaşı district of Eskişehir. This historic site, situated on the right side of the village road in the Ziyaret area, consists of numerous rock-carved shelters on a tuff rock platform. Gökçekısık train stop is 773 meters away and is a stop on the Eskişehir-Afyon Regional train line.

Geçitağzı Kocabayır Tümülüsü

Geçitağzı Kocabayır Tumulus is a historic site located in Geçitağzı village, part of Kırklareli's Central district. Situated 800 meters southeast of the village center within a forested area, the tumulus is approximately 4-5 meters high and 15-20 meters in diameter. Tumuli are monumental burial mounds commonly found in the Thracian region, constructed as artificial hills, with their creation spanning a wide period from the Early Iron Age to the 3rd century AD.

Hadrianus Takı

Hadrianus Takı, a historic city gate in Aksu, Antalya, was built in 130 AD to commemorate Roman Emperor Hadrian's visit to the city. This monumental structure features three arches made of white marble and originally had a second story. Tapınak

Tapınak is a historic site located in Gazipaşa, Karaman, found among the ruins of the ancient city of Antiochia ad Cragum. This ancient city was founded around 170 BC by Antiochus IV Epiphanes, King of Commagene. The temple is one of the structures reflecting the city's significant religious and public life during the Roman Imperial period (30 BCE – 303 CE) and especially the Eastern Roman Empire period (303–1453 CE). Excavation of the temple structure has been largely completed, with restoration projects planned. It is within walking distance of Antiochia ad Cragum.

Termessos - Nekropolis

The Termessos Necropolis, located in Döşemealtı, Antalya, is one of the largest and best-preserved necropolises in Anatolia. It contains over 1,200 rock-cut tombs and sarcophagi, dating from the 4th century BC to the 3rd century AD. The tombs reflect the social status and religious beliefs of the Termessians. The necropolis is situated on the south, north, and west sides of the ancient city of Termessos.

Aşirefendi Hanı

Aşirefendi Hanı, located in Kastamonu Merkez, was started in 1748 by Reisül Küttap (Foreign Minister) Hacı Mustafa Efendi and completed by his son Aşir Efendi after his death. The inn is situated near Nasrullah Mosque and is also known as Urgan Hanı (Rope Inn) among the public because it was formerly used for rope trade. The nearest public transport to Aşirefendi Hanı is the Saat Kulesi cable car stop, 525 meters away. Kastamonu Castle (478 m), Kastamonu Archaeology Museum (382 m), and Arabapazarı Bath (243 m) are also within walking distance.

The Gebze Belediyesi Fatih Sultan Mehmet Han Anıtı is a historic monument located in Hünkar Çayırı, Gebze district, Kocaeli. This monument commemorates Fatih Sultan Mehmet, who established his final encampment and passed away in Hünkar Çayırı during his Italian campaign in 1481. A fountain was built in his memory by Grand Vizier İbrahim Pasha in 1659, and the monument to Fatih was erected in front of it. The monument is 757 meters from the Gebze Kent Meydanı metro stop.

Eshab-ı Kehf Mağarası

Eshab-ı Kehf Cave, located in Afşin district of Kahramanmaraş, is considered one of the places where the story of the Seven Sleepers, significant in Christianity and Islam, took place. The cave is a sacred site where seven young people and their dog Kıtmir are believed to have slept for 309 years while fleeing from the pagan Roman Emperor Decius. Around the cave, there is a complex (külliye) that has been expanded with additions by different civilizations from the Byzantine period to the present day. Visitors can also explore the Ashâb-ı Kehf Külliyesi, which is within walking distance (409 m).

Keramet Dede yatırı

Keramet Dede yatırı is a historic site located in the Keramet neighborhood of Orhangazi district, Yalova. The tombs of Keramet Dede (Mehmet bin Abdullah), from whom the village takes its name, as well as Batak Dede and Sazak Dede, are found in this village. Keramet Dede is rumored to have been a former Janissary, and the three dedes are believed to be brothers. The village is also known for its healing thermal springs and olive groves.

The Siege of Constantinople (717-718) was a major land and sea assault by the Umayyad Caliphate to capture Constantinople, the capital of the Byzantine Empire. The siege ultimately failed due to the preparations made by Byzantine Emperor Leo III, the use of Greek fire, and attacks by the Bulgars. This historic event took place in present-day Istanbul, in the Beyoğlu district. Nearby attractions within walking distance include the Galata Tower (21 m) and the Museum of Innocence (740 m). İpsala Su Kemeri

These bunkers were built in the Thracian Region, specifically along the Kırklareli line, after 1937, to defend against potential German attacks from the Balkans before World War II. Constructed from reinforced concrete and steel, they feature elevated positions for machine gun fire and offer protection against small arms and grenades.
