Temenni Tepe
Temenni Tepe is a rock formation located in the center of Ürgüp district, approximately 1,140 meters above sea level and about 80 meters above the Ürgüp town center. The hill gets its name from the tradition of making wishes and tying cloths at the tombs on its summit. Temenni Tepe is home to the Kılıçarslan Gazi Tomb and Monumental Tombs from the Seljuk period. Additionally, there is a cupola on the hill that was formerly used as the Ürgüp Tahsinağa Public Library. Dutlu Camii (163 m), Kurtuluş Camii (541 m), and Asmalı Konak (531 m) are within walking distance.
