Lycian tomb
The Lycian tombs in Kaş are historic sites showcasing the unique funerary architecture of the ancient Lycian civilization. These tombs are often carved directly into rock faces, with some resembling house facades. In the center of Kaş, there are different types of Lycian tombs, such as the Lion Tomb (also known as the King's Tomb), which dates to the 4th century BCE and has become a symbol of the town. Visitors can also see rock-cut tombs located on the mountain wall above Kaş, which are illuminated at night. The site does not have wheelchair access. It is within walking distance of Yeni Cami (470 m) and Antiphellos Ancient Theatre (703 m), and the nearest public transport is a ferry stop (395 m).
