The Edirne Municipality Turkish Culture Handicrafts Production and Development Center is a historic building that was originally opened in 2017 as the Edirne Municipality Culture Center and Wedding Hall, and later repurposed as the Turkish Culture Handicrafts Production and Development Center. The building, constructed in 1929, served as the city's old electricity factory until 1965. The center provides a space for women to engage in various activities and events. It is located within walking distance of Meriç Bridge (680 m), Alipaşa Bazaar (697 m), and Saraçlar Street Fountain (58 m).
