478 m · Emir Mehmet Tomb is a historic site located in the Gülbaharhatun Quarter of Ortahisar district, Trabzon. It was built in 1523 or 1524, according to its inscription. Inside the tomb, there are two sarcophagi belonging to Emir Mehmet, who served as the governor of Trabzon between 1523 and 1524, and Osman Baba, one of the sheikhs of Hatuncuk Tekke, who was buried here in 1877. The octagonal tomb, constructed from cut stone, is covered with a dome.
