This historic structure, built approximately 150 years ago by Sheikh Mehmet Niyetullah Altınakar, also served as a madrasa for a period. The kasır was constructed using Karacadağ basalt and Mardin stones, without cement, and with egg whites. The two-story building, now in ruins, reflects Ottoman architectural features.
