Bridge "On Gözlü Köprü" (Dicle Bridge)
12.9 km · The On Gözlü Köprü, also known as the Dicle Bridge, is a historic bridge located in the Sur district of Diyarbakır, spanning the Tigris River. It was constructed in 1065 during the Marwanid period. The bridge is notable for its ten arches and is built from basalt stone, measuring 172 meters in length. Situated about 3 kilometers from Diyarbakır city center, the bridge was closed to vehicular traffic after restoration work in 2007.
