Pehlivanlar Mezarlığı
138 m · Pehlivanlar Mezarlığı, located in Edirne Merkez, was formerly known as Pehlivan Cemalettin Tekkesi. This dervish lodge, affiliated with the Naqshbandi order, was built by Pehlivan Cemalettin (Küştigiran). Evliya Çelebi noted it as a place where wrestlers competed and where items belonging to old wrestlers were displayed. Today, it is a burial ground for Ottoman-era wrestlers such as Pehlivan Cemalettin, Ali Efendi, and Mehmet Ağa, as well as more recent wrestlers like Kara Emin. It is within walking distance of Gazi Mihal Bridge (784 m), Macedonian Tower (137 m), and Alipaşa Bazaar (138 m).
