Located in the Şahinbey district of Gaziantep, Bişirici (Pişirici) Kasteli is a historical water structure estimated to have been built in the 13th century. Kastels, unique to Gaziantep, are underground water facilities that provided water to the city and were open for public use. Pişirici Kasteli includes areas for toilets, washing, ablution, resting, and laundry, as well as a mosque section. This kastel, which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List in 2018, is within walking distance of Şahinbey National Struggle Museum (237 m), Tütün Hanı (303 m), and Bakırcılar Çarşısı (390 m).
