Located in Gümüşdere village, Sarıyer district of Istanbul, the Gümüşdere Greek Church was used as a mosque from 1924 to 1970 after the Greek population left the village during the population exchange. Today, it is in a neglected and derelict state. The church, which has been damaged by treasure hunters, is currently used as a ruined warehouse.
