109 m · The Library of Ahmed III is a historic library located in the third courtyard of Topkapi Palace, behind the Audience Chamber. Considered a significant work of the Tulip Era, it was built by Sultan Ahmed III between 1718 and 1719, replacing the Pool Kiosk previously constructed by Mimar Sinan. The library was established to gather scattered manuscripts within the palace and served only palace members. It is within walking distance of Hagia Sophia (621 m), Topkapi Palace (207 m), and Basilica Cistern (732 m), with the nearest public transport being Sarayburnu Port ferry stop (490 m).

122 m · Enderûn Courtyard, shaped during the reign of Fatih Sultan Mehmet, is part of the Enderun, the selamlik section of Topkapı Palace's internal operations. This approximately nine-decare courtyard contains the living quarters of the sultan and his servants, as well as the spaces where palace education took place. Notable structures within the courtyard include the Audience Chamber (Arz Odası), the Library of Ahmed III, the Mosque of the Aghas, and the Privy Chamber (Has Oda) where sacred relics are kept. The Grand Vizier would present the agenda to the sultan here after the Divan meeting, at the time of the afternoon prayer, in what was called the Audience Divan or Afternoon Divan.

It was built by Sultan Murad IV in 1635, after the Revan victory. This work was made by Architect Kasım Ağa. The kiosk was also known as the Turban Room because the sultans' turbans were kept here.
