The 16th century hamam was commissioned between 1540 and 1546 by Barbaros Hayreddin Pasha, the grand admiral of the Ottoman navy, designed by chief Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan and built atop a Byzantine-era cistern.

296 m · The Aziz Mahmud Hüdayi Vakfı Gazanfer Ağa Medresesi Education and Culture Center in Fatih was built in the late 16th century by Gazanfer Ağa, a Hungarian-born chief white eunuch of Mehmed III. The madrasa's endowment deed dates back to 1595/96, and its architect is believed to be Davud Ağa. Today, it serves as an education and culture center under the Aziz Mahmud Hüdayi Foundation and also houses the Cartoon and Humor Museum. 297 m · The Aqueduct of Valens was a Roman aqueduct system built in the late 4th century AD, to supply Constantinople – the capital of the Eastern Roman Empire. Construction of the aqueduct began during the reign of the Roman emperor Constantius II and was completed in 373 by the Emperor Valens. The aqueduct remained in use for many centuries. It was extended and maintained by the Byzantines and the Ottomans.

335 m · Süleymaniye İmareti is a historic site located in the Fatih district of Istanbul. Commissioned by Suleiman the Magnificent, its construction began in 1550 and was completed in 1557. Designed by Mimar Sinan as part of the Süleymaniye Complex, the imaret has a rectangular plan with a square inner courtyard. In 1914, the building was allocated to the Museum of Turkish and Islamic Arts, serving as a museum for 69 years. Today, it functions as a restaurant. The imaret is within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar (683 m), Şehzadebaşı Mosque (541 m), and Bozdoğan Aqueduct (564 m). The nearest public transport is the Küçükpazar tram stop (464 m).

416 m · The Fatih Sultan Mehmet Monument is a historic monument located in Fatih, Istanbul, within the park between the Bozdoğan Aqueduct and the Saraçhane passage. Created by sculptor Hüseyin Gezer, the monument depicts Fatih Sultan Mehmet on horseback with his entourage. It was presented to Istanbul by the Fatih Municipality on May 29, 1987, in memory of Fatih Sultan Mehmet. The monument is 590 meters from the Vezneciler-İstanbul Üniversitesi metro stop.

It was commissioned by Suleiman the Magnificent as a memorial to his son Şehzade Mehmed who died in 1543. The mosque was one of the earliest and most important works of architect Mimar Sinan and is one of the signature works of Classical Ottoman architecture.

In Turkey, one use of the term "martyr" is as an honorific for people killed in action during war. Intended as an assertion of Juliana's own imperial lineage, it was a lavishly decorated building, and the largest church of the city before the construction of the Hagia Sophia.

608 m · The Nakşidil Valide Sultan Tomb is a historic structure located in the southern courtyard of Fatih Mosque. It was built in 1817 for Nakşidil Valide Sultan, who was the consort of Abdülhamid I and the mother of Mahmud II. The tomb is considered one of the most ornate examples of Baroque style and features 19th-century pen work decorations inside. In addition to Nakşidil Valide Sultan, there are fourteen other sarcophagi within the tomb. It is 778 meters from Aksaray metro stop.
