The structure, which took its final form during the reign of Abdülaziz, is known as the only small palace built outside Istanbul in the Ottoman Empire. Its architect is Garabet Amira Balyan.

This three-story mansion, built over a basement with lath-and-plaster over wood, is notable for its guillotine windows and a protruding second floor. Restored by the Kocaeli Governorship, Pembe Köşk currently operates as a restaurant. It is 396 meters from the Tren Garı tram stop.

352 m · Sırrı Paşa Mansion is a historic site located in İzmit, Kocaeli. It was built in 1892 by Selim Sırrı Pasha, the Governor of İzmit. The mansion is a four-story wooden framed structure, with interior walls adorned with landscape paintings and intricate kalem işi (pen work) decorations. After being restored by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, the mansion was opened to visitors in 2012. It is 423 meters from Tren Garı tram stop and 261 meters walking distance from Kasr-ı Hümayün Av Köşkü.

Eversole (1915–1942), a naval aviator who was killed in the Battle of Midway. She later served in the Turkish Navy from 1973 to 1995 as TCG Gayret (D-352) and is now a ship museum.

496 m · Süleyman Pasha Bath; It is a historical bath located in the İzmit district of Kocaeli. It was built in the 16th century. After being damaged in the 1999 Marmara Earthquake, it was restored in 2012 by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality.
