Karagöz Heykeli
The Karagöz Statue, located in Kırklareli Merkez, is a monument dedicated to Karagöz, a character from traditional Turkish shadow plays. Karagöz is believed to have lived in the late 13th and early 14th centuries, and Evliya Çelebi's Seyahatname mentions him as a well-known and eloquent person in Kırklareli. The people of Kırklareli erected this statue across from the Kırklareli bus terminal to keep his memory alive. The statue is within walking distance of Kırklareli Museum (198 m), Hızırbey Hamamı (405 m), and Doktor Celepoğlu Konağı (713 m).
