El Sanatları Müzesi (Mattheys Köşkü)
The Handicrafts Museum, located in Bornova, İzmir, is housed within the historical Mattheys Mansion. The mansion, believed to have been built in 1780 by the English John Maltass, was restored by Arkas Holding between 2018 and 2023. The museum showcases the Arkas Carpet Collection, featuring Anatolian carpets from the 16th to 19th centuries. Mattheys Mansion also hosted Mustafa Kemal Pasha during the Turkish War of Independence.
