Yemiş Kapanı Hanı
Yemiş Kapanı Hanı, located in Edirne Merkez, was a significant trade center during the Ottoman period. The construction of the inn, which was requested to be designed by Mimar Sinan, began in 1588. The structure was severely damaged in the 1752 earthquake, demolished in 1937, and a park was built in its place in 1967. Excavations carried out between 2014 and 2016 provided important findings about the original structure of the inn. Edirne Museum (342 m), Alipaşa Bazaar (416 m), and Macedonian Tower (417 m) are within walking distance.
