The Monument and Museum for Martyred Turks Massacred by Armenians, located in Iğdır, was built to commemorate Turks who lost their lives during Armenian attacks between 1915 and 1920. This structure, which is Turkey's tallest monument, stands at 43.5 meters and consists of five swords. The monument's foundation was laid on August 1, 1997, and it was opened to visitors on October 5, 1999. The museum section displays documents, photographs related to the Armenian massacres, and pictures of bones exhumed from mass graves.
