After 1991, it was also used as an Anatolian High School, a vocational school, and a health institution. The building is notable for its architectural details and its prominent front entrance facade.

It is one of the largest necropolis areas in the region, featuring approximately 350 different types of tombs, many of which are well-preserved up to their roofs. Many tombs contain fresco remains, and some rooms have floor mosaics. The Necropolis is within walking distance of Anamurium (281 m).

It is believed to have been built by the Karamanid Principality after the conquest of Mamure Castle and dates back to the 14th century. An example of classical Turkish bath architecture, the structure consists of four sections: an entrance, a cold room, a warm room, and a hot room. Although the entrance section of the bath is ruined, the other parts have survived to the present day. It is within walking distance of Mamure Castle (87 m).
