About Mamure Hamamı
Mamure Hamamı is a historic bathhouse located in the Anamur district of Mersin. It is believed to have been built by the Karamanid Principality after the conquest of Mamure Castle and dates back to the 14th century. An example of classical Turkish bath architecture, the structure consists of four sections: an entrance, a cold room, a warm room, and a hot room. Although the entrance section of the bath is ruined, the other parts have survived to the present day. It is within walking distance of Mamure Castle (87 m).
