About Necropolis
The Necropolis in Anamur is an extensive historic site located on the western slopes of the ancient city of Anemurium. It is one of the largest necropolis areas in the region, featuring approximately 350 different types of tombs, many of which are well-preserved up to their roofs. Many tombs contain fresco remains, and some rooms have floor mosaics. The Necropolis is within walking distance of Anamurium (281 m).
